ABOUT SHERLOCK AI

Built by investors who needed a better research process

Sherlock AI was founded by a practicing portfolio manager and built for professionals who perform fundamental research for a living.

Generic AI introduced powerful new capabilities, but it also introduced new work: writing prompts, checking inconsistent responses, and separating useful analysis from plausible-sounding conclusions.

Sherlock takes a different approach.

It encodes a disciplined equity-research methodology into software and applies that process consistently across company filings, earnings calls, financial information, and economic data.

A research platform, not another chatbot

Sherlock has no open-ended prompt box. It does not adapt its conclusions to flatter the user, and it does not tell investors what to buy or sell.

Users select a company or topic. Sherlock performs the research process. The user reviews the evidence and makes the decision.

Sherlock was built in Milwaukee by financial professionals and technology leaders who believe AI should strengthen human judgment rather than replace it.

The goal is straightforward: complete the first hours of fundamental work in seconds, so investors can devote more time to thinking, challenging assumptions, and making decisions.
